We ship products to UK mainland only, via Royal Mail or Parcelforce unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately we only ship to to the UK.
Postage will be calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-4 working days. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details if being sent by courier.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will ask you to return the goods immediately and you will be refunded. Postage will be provided by us only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods. Once the product has been returned we will give you a refund. Items must be returned as new and in the original condition that you received them from us. Shipping charges on returned orders that are not faulty are at the customer’s expense and we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
